拉維卡帕多西亞洞穴酒店 (La VIE Cappadocia Cave)

It's a very unique experience to stay here in a cave hotel. However it would've been nice to be given a heads up when the water was out due to construction or given compensation for it. the staff are friendly and that's a big plus. Hopefully in the future they will give a discount for the people who stay at the hotel for using the bar and buying food.

5月に妻とカッパドキアに滯在した際に利用させてもらいました。 スタッフの方はとても親切で居心地が良かったです。 お部屋に関しても洞窟に泊まるという素敵な體験ができました。 テラスから素敵な景色と共に気球も見れてとても満足。 朝ごはんについても、色々な種類の食べ物を出してくださり、どれもとても美味しかったです。 本當におすすめの場所です！！ 少し気になったところとしては、ベッドが少し溼気を吸っていたところです。 ただ、ドライヤーを使って溼気を飛ばしたら何も気にならないので本當に素敵な宿です！

The man is very nice, welcoming and helpful! The breakfast was the best food I have ate in Turkey!

La Vie Cappadocia – A Disappointing Stay I stayed at La Vie Cappadocia for two nights as a solo female traveler. My room, 103, was located just a few steps down from the reception. While the staff was generally polite, my experience was far from pleasant due to poor air circulation, cleanliness issues, and an unexpected late checkout fee. - Room Conditions & Air Quality The biggest issue with my stay was the air quality. My underground room had no natural light, making it feel dark and damp. The ventilation system was noisy and ineffective, and since it was connected to the outside, cigarette smoke from outside would seep into my room. One day, while lying on my bed, I suddenly felt the air quality worsen to the point where I could hardly breathe. The bathroom had a ventilation system as well, but it didn’t help. Leaving the bathroom door open only made the room more humid and uncomfortable. - Cleanliness Issues Cleanliness was another major problem. When I arrived at 11:30 PM, I found a used condom package next to the decorative pottery in my room. This was extremely unpleasant, but since I was exhausted, I didn’t complain immediately. The next morning, I informed the owner about the lack of cleanliness. Additionally, the bathroom waste bin hadn’t been emptied, and the biggest issue was with the shower drain—it was completely clogged. Every time I took a shower, water pooled around my feet instead of draining properly. The drain was obviously blocked with hair, and it was clear that housekeeping had not cleaned it. Even after I complained, housekeeping only did a partial cleaning, removing the trash but leaving the hair in the bathroom and the clogged drain untouched. - Late Checkout Issue & Extra Charges Another frustrating experience was the late checkout policy. When I booked through 訂房網站, the website clearly stated that checkout was until 2:00 PM. Since I was exhausted from my 訂房網站, I planned to take advantage of this and checked out at 1:00 PM. However, the owner told me I needed to pay an extra €20 for a late checkout. When I pointed out that the website listed 2:00 PM as the official checkout time, he still insisted I pay. On top of that, they charged me 20 TL per mini water bottle from the minibar, which felt excessive. At that point, I was so frustrated that I no longer wanted to stay there for another minute. My original plan was to leave my bag at the hotel and explore the city before heading to the airport, but I was so uncomfortable and upset that I immediately called a taxi and left for the airport early. - The Few Positives: Breakfast & Terrace Despite my disappointing stay, the breakfast was decent. They had a good variety of spreads, cheeses, and bread, though the vegetables weren’t fresh. The one part of the hotel I genuinely enjoyed was the terrace. It was a nice place to relax, and in the morning, I could see a few hot air balloons in the distance. Sitting in the sunshine and taking in the view was one of the very few good experiences I had at this hotel. - Final Thoughts Overall, my experience at La Vie Cappadocia was disappointing. The poor air circulation, extreme humidity, lack of cleanliness, clogged shower drain, and unexpected extra charges made my stay uncomfortable and frustrating. While the staff was polite and frequently asked if I had any inconveniences, their service didn’t actually reflect any real effort to improve my stay. The terrace and breakfast were the only decent aspects, but they weren’t enough to make up for the overall discomfort. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you care about clean facilities, good air circulation, and transparent pricing.

Hotel is beautiful and clean. Everything is great except the bathroom is a bit wet. Receptionists are nice and helpful breakfast is great.

Just amazing! We got in touch with the manager fatih before arriving and he gave us lots of useful information on what to do, see, go on tours and buy groceries. The hotel is small, cozy, tastefully decorated and the staff is super nice and helpful. Fatih is fluent in English and speaks a little Chinese and Spanish. Helped us book and amazing balloon ride last minute and at a very affordable price. Breakfast is wodnerful. I asked him for the names of all the cheeaes and olives and dips served to go with warm, crispy ekmek and he kindly explained everything. We were served scrambled eggs one day and menemem the other. The town where it is located, uchisar is easily accessible from the nevsehir airport by shuttle at 250tl per person and a 10 min bus ride from goreme. Would recommend it to any small group thinking of a vacation in cappadocia. Great terrace view where you can see hot air balloons with the sunrise!!

Just stay for 1 night but it was good experience.. love the ambiance and the view from the balcony was great. Fatih was very helpful & friendly too, thanks

因為不想和朋友住在一個屋子所以臨時加了房間。 在冬天，這個房子真的很暖。 我和朋友們都不想搬走，因為很舒適。 而且老闆給我們很優惠的價格定了熱氣球，非常的開心。 老闆非常的好、希望我們可以有機會再來。

熱気球のフライトの為宿泊！ 殘念ながら天候不良で欠航になったがホテル自體は 洞窟ホテルで普段味わえない空間！ 屋上にはギョレメの景色一望みながらのんびり！！！ 金額の割には満足度は問題ないかと！！ 熱気球リベンジの為、必ずまたカッパドキア こちらのホテル利用したいと思います🙏
